Visit your local antique shops or flea markets with a fresh eye for the holidays. Shelly and Candice headed to their favorites - Laurel Antiques and Antiques & Old Lace - and came home with treasures: a fish-shaped wine bottle, deep red glassware, a green glass serving bowl, and a handful of vintage ornaments they added on top of napkins for a playful detail.
Shelly & Candice went full “more is more” for their table. A red-and-white-striped tablecloth created a maximalist backdrop that instantly turns any space festive. The centerpiece layered garland and holly, scattered with tealights and dried citrus for a homey glow. Shop the table here.
They kept the citrus theme going with a DIY orange tree (a foam cone + toothpicks, easy!) that became the star of the table. Velvet bows were tied onto the room’s chandelier, and these striped crackers added the final hit of festive whimsy.
